Privacy Principles
Principle 1

RPA explicitly asks when it needs information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). RPA asks for your first and last name, state and zip code (or country and postal code for non-U.S. residents), gender, year of birth, and occupation. You may update this information at any time from within your RPA account by clicking the "For Members Only" button on the navigation bar, and then clicking on the "Personal" icon.

Principle 2
Your Personal Information is used only for demographic statistics and to display appropriate individualized advertisements. RPA keeps all of your Personal Information private and does not share it with any third parties. RPA will not disclose your Personal Information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of RPA; or (3) act to protect the interests of its members or others.

Principle 3
RPA will not send you any unsolicited information, including email, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a RPA welcome letter explaining the features provided by the service. Under exigent circumstances, RPA may be required to send you information about the service or your account, but RPA will not send you unsolicited email regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time.

Chat sessions and bulletin board or newsgroup use is considered public and you are responsible for your actions in these areas. How is RPA registration information used in the RPA Directory and how can I remove my name from the Directory?
During the RPA registration process you are given the choice as to whether you want to be listed in the RPA Directory. If you did not make a choice during the initial registration process, your registered name and location is listed in the RPA Directory. At any time, you can change or remove your personal information from the RPA Directory by clicking on the "Options" button on the navigation bar, and then clicking on the "Personal" icon.

  2. harm minors in any way;
  3. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a the Company official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Services or develop restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
  5. upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements;

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.  Company’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Company in writing.  The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.  This Agreement may be assigned in whole or in part by Company.  This Agreement may not be assigned in any manner by you without the express, prior written permission of Company.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Anystate notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions.  You irrevocably and unconditionally (i) consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal in the County of Anycounty, Anystate (the “Anystate Courts”) for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, (ii) agree not to commence any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement except in the Anystate Courts, (iii) agree not to plead or claim that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum, and (iv) agree the Anystate courts represent the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes relating to this Agreement.
